Pinghu Kaixin Luggage Co., Ltd. is an OEM luggage factory in Pinghu, Zhejiang — a factory, not a trading company. We have been producing luggage and bags since 2002, on a production floor of more than 5,000 m² with a team of around 80–100 people, for importers and brand owners who need a custom luggage manufacturer they can hold to a date.
We run two programmes: OEM, where we manufacture to your design, and ODM, where you take one of our existing styles and we build it under your brand. Most customers start with one model and grow the range once the first container lands.

How an order runs
- 01Enquiry
You send the model or reference, the quantity, the customisation you need and the destination market.
- 02Sampling
We develop the sample against your specification and send it for approval before anything is cut in bulk.
- 03Order
Sample signed off, quantity and specification fixed, production slot booked.
- 04Production
Cutting, sewing, frame assembly, wheel and handle fitting, then final inspection.
- 05Shipping
Packing to your carton mark, then delivery on the terms agreed with your forwarder.
Commercial terms
- Lead time: around 30 days, depending on the item and the quantity. For urgent bulk orders we can compress the production schedule — tell us the date you need and we will say plainly whether it is achievable.
- Price: it moves with quantity. The discount we can offer ranges from 0% to 50% depending on your minimum order quantity, so the quantity you put in the enquiry directly changes the quote.
- Minimum order quantity: set by the style and the amount of customisation. Send the specification and we will quote against it rather than publish a number that does not fit every model.
Audited, not self-declared
Our plant holds an amfori BSCI social audit and has passed the Walmart FCCA factory audit. The reference numbers are published so your compliance team can check them before you place an order. See the audit results.

Are you a trader or manufacturer?
A factory. The plant is in Pinghu, Jiaxing, and the sales team sits in the same building as production instead of reselling someone else’s output.
Where is your factory?
Our plant is at Floor 2, Building 1, No. 45, Jiexing Road, Xindai Town, Pinghu, Zhejiang, China. The production floor covers over 5,000 m² and around 80–100 people work there.
What can be customised?
The trademark, the pull tab style, the fabric and lining colours, the zipper colour and the leather trim. Your branding can sit on the shell, the lining, the pullers or a metal badge.
What is your minimum order quantity, and how does the price move?
MOQ is set by the style and by how much you change it, so we quote against your specification rather than publishing one number. Price follows quantity: the discount we can offer ranges from 0% to 50% depending on the order size.
What is your delivery time?

Do you attend trade fairs?
Yes — our team meets importers, brand owners and trading partners at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, and visitors are welcome to review soft luggage, hard luggage, children’s luggage and bags in person.
