Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Pinghu Kaixin Luggage Co., Ltd. handles the information you send through this website. It reflects what this site actually does.

What this site collects

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not store your details on a server of ours. When you submit the inquiry form or use the chat assistant, the information you type — typically your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the product you are interested in, a quantity and your message — is used only to prepare and send your inquiry.

Where your inquiry goes

Your inquiry is composed on your own device and sent to us by the channel you choose: WhatsApp, or your own email application addressed to Danny@kasonluggage.com. Until you press send in that application, nothing leaves your browser.

How we use it

We use the details you send solely to answer your inquiry, quote prices, arrange samples and fulfil any resulting order. We do not sell or rent your details to third parties.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by writing to Danny@kasonluggage.com.
